Paul McCartney will perform live at the 51st Grammy Awards

Paul McCartney will perform live at the 51st Grammy Awards ceremony, which will be broadcast from 8 to 11 p.m. ET/PT Feb. 8 on CBS-TV, the awards show announced Monday.McCartney will perform with special guest drummer Dave Grohl of the Foo Fighters. Grohl performed with McCartney at the Liverpool Sound show in 2008. A spokesman for McCartney told us this Grammy show pairing was inspired by their performance together in Liverpool.Also appearing on the show are Radiohead, in their first first live U.S. television performance since 2000.Other announced performers and presenters include T.I., Justin Timberlake, Jay-Z, Lil Wayne, Kanye West, Kenny Chesney, Coldplay, Jennifer Hudson, the Jonas Brothers, Lil Wayne, Katy Perry, and Carrie Underwood. Additional performers, presenters and special segments will be announced soon.
